These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to www.ctastores.com (the "Site"), operated by CAP OF HAYS LLC, doing business as CTA Stores ("CTA Stores," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site shares information about our stores, products, weekly deals and job openings. We do not sell products through the Site. Purchases happen in our stores and are subject to the policies posted there.

2. Prices, deals and fuel prices

• Prices, deals, fuel prices and product availability can change at any time without notice and may differ between stores.
• Weekly deals are valid only at participating stores, through the date shown, while supplies last. Deals can't be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be limited per customer.
• If a price on the Site differs from the price in the store, the in-store price applies. We are not bound by pricing or typographical errors.

3. Age-restricted products

Alcohol, tobacco and vapor products are sold only to customers 21 and older, in person, with a valid government-issued photo ID, as required by Kansas and federal law. We may refuse any sale, including when we believe a purchase is being made for someone under 21. Information about these products on the Site is intended only for adults 21 and older.

4. Job applications

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee an interview or employment. CTA Stores is an equal opportunity employer. Pay ranges shown on the Site are estimates and the final rate depends on the role, experience and location. Employment with CTA Stores is at will unless a written agreement says otherwise.

5. Information you send us

When you use a form on the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful content, or using automated tools to collect data from it.

7. Trademarks and content

The CTA Stores, Golden Ox, Tigermart, Southside Convenience, Club Liquor and House of Vaporz names and logos, and the text and photos on the Site, belong to CTA Stores or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other product and brand names mentioned on the Site, such as Hunt Brothers Pizza, Tornados, Tripp's Canyon and Cenex, are trademarks of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or complete, including store hours, prices and product availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CTA Stores and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kansas law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ellis County, Kansas, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
