Accessibility

CTA Stores wants everyone to be able to use our website and shop in our stores. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• Text and buttons meet WCAG AA color contrast.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have labels, and buttons are large enough to tap easily.
• Pages resize for phones and support browser zoom.

Known limitations

Some content comes from other services, such as Google Maps and our website platform's cookie banner. We can't fully control how accessible those are. If something gets in your way, let us know and we'll help another way.

Help at our stores

If you need help at a store, ask any team member. If you have a disability and need help fueling at Golden Ox Hays, Golden Ox Wilson or Southside Convenience, call the store from the pump and we'll come out to help when staffing allows. Phone numbers are on the Locations page.
